Kaiser Structural Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2003 by Richard Kaiser, Ph.D., P.E. with the goal of providing unparalleled personalized and professional structural engineering services to clients.
Our clients include architects, engineers, contractors, law firms, lenders, realtors, insurance agencies, municipalities, and private individuals. Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, safe, and cost-effective solutions to your individual structural engineering needs. Dr. Kaiser is licensed as a professional Structural Engineer in the state of Arizona and as a professional Civil Engineer in the state of California. His broad experience includes designing a wide variety of commercial, educational, municipal, and residential structures.
Dr. Kaiser earned his Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics from the University of Arizona. His graduate school research involved studying CFRP composites for structural rehabilitation of existing reinforced concrete girders, and CFRP sandwich panels for use as floor systems in new construction. Dr. Kaiser's research on reinforced concrete rehabilitation was instrumental in developing the technology for implementation into current American Concrete Institute Building Codes.
